What this page sets up
Twelve portrait pages, one month each, on half-letter paper (5.5 × 8.5 inches), from January to December 2027. Holidays follow your browser’s country, and the page moves on to the next year in September. Switch Paper size to A5 for European planners; the layout adapts to either sheet.
Built for small planners
At this size the calendar drops what doesn’t fit: the small previous and next month calendars beside the title give way to a bigger month name, and holiday names wrap inside a day box about two-thirds of an inch wide, switching to a short form (MLK Day for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, say) when a long one won’t fit. The table under this text gives the exact box sizes on half-letter and A5 for five-week and six-week months, so you know how much space you’ll get before you print. Week numbers and a notes band at the foot of each month still fit; tick them under Extras.
Printing and binding
On a printer that only takes Letter or A4, print two pages per sheet and cut down the middle: half a Letter sheet is exactly half-letter, and half an A4 sheet is A5. Print at actual size so the margins stay even. For a binder, punch the left edge; for a disc planner, use a disc punch and leave the half-inch margin clear. Card stock or 120 g/m² paper keeps the pages flat.
Other calendars
For the biggest boxes on a full sheet, open the 11 × 17 calendar; for a week on each page, the weekly calendar. The calendar maker prints any other size.
Day boxes on a half page
One month per portrait page, no notes column. Six-week months get shorter boxes.
