What this page sets up
Twelve landscape pages, January to December 2027, with the Big boxes option on: the month and year print on one slim line at the top, and the day grid takes everything below it. Holidays follow your browser’s country, and the page moves on to the next year in September.
Where the room comes from
A standard month page spends about a seventh of its height on the title band, which carries the month name at a large size and two small calendars of the months either side. Big boxes trades those for a single line, so each row of the grid is taller: on US Letter a five-week month’s boxes grow from 1.20 to 1.34 inches tall, about an eighth more room, and the table under this text gives the before and after for five paper sizes. Boxes outside the month stay empty instead of showing greyed-out dates, which leaves space for notes.
Good uses
Big boxes suit anything that needs a few words a day: a family schedule with each person’s plans, a content calendar, a shift rota, homework, or a meal plan. Pin one month by the door and write in marker. For more structure, tick Writing lines in each box; for typed entries, Fillable PDF.
Other calendars
For numbers you can read from across the room, see the large print calendar; for ruled boxes, the calendar with lines; for a bigger sheet, the 11 × 17 calendar.
How much bigger the boxes get
One month per page in landscape, five-week month. The slim title and the missing small calendars give the grid the space.
