QR Code That Looks Like a Picture

Upload a logo, drawing or photo: it becomes a 3D sculpture that shows your picture from the front and turns into a scannable QR code from above.

    What the code opens

These are example details: replace them with your own before you print or share.

Already have a QR code? Import it
Drop a screenshot or photo of a QR code (Venmo, PayPal, UPI, a menu…), or choose a file. It’s read in your browser and turned into 3D.

      Look

A picture from the front; turn it and the same blocks line up into the QR code.

What people see before they turn it. The code appears when you look from above.

Drop a picture, logo or photo, or choose a file. Shapes on a transparent background look best.

How to hide a QR code in your picture

      1. Type the link the code should open.
      2. The upload box under Picture is open: drop your logo, drawing or photo, or choose a file. PNG with a transparent background works best for logos.
      3. Watch the preview hold on your picture, then swing up to the code. Press Picture or QR code to stop on one view.
      4. Choose the Detail: Ultra builds each square of the code from 3 × 3 cubes, so your picture gets three times the resolution.
      5. Save the PNG of each view, or the GLB for Blender and 3D web pages.

      What happens to your image

Your picture is shrunk to one pixel per cube column (about 75 to 130 pixels across, depending on the link’s length) and becomes the sides of the cubes. Nothing leaves your device, and it never goes into a link: if you share or embed the illusion, it shows the Mona Lisa, which is what this page opens with, or whichever gallery picture you choose.

This isn’t an AI-blended QR code: those put a flat image and a code in the same pixels and often fail to scan. Here the picture and the code are separate views, so the code stays perfect.
