How to make a Google review plaque

      1. Replace the example link with your own review link from your Google Business Profile (Ask for reviews gives you one that starts with https://g.page/r/).
      2. The caption REVIEW US ON GOOGLE and the star are already set; change the caption to your own words if you like.
      3. Keep the dark code on white for the strongest scan. The corner eyes are in Google blue, dark enough to read.
      4. Download the STL or the 3MF. At 90 mm wide it stands on a counter and reads from arm’s length.

Getting more reviews from a sign

People scan a sign when it’s where they wait: by the till, on each table, at the reception desk, in a treatment room. The link opens the review box with your business already chosen, so it takes a customer a few seconds. Test it with a phone that isn’t signed in to your own Google account, so you see what customers see.

Printing your own plaques costs a few cents of filament instead of the price of a bought NFC stand, and you can print one for every table.

      One plaque per location

Each Google Business Profile has its own review link, so a business with several branches needs one plaque per branch. Put the branch name in the caption (up to 24 characters) so staff don’t mix them up, and keep a spare printed in case one walks off the counter.
