Making a sheet
The print sheet builder under the game is already open on this page, set to four puzzles a page plus the solutions. Choose any of the four levels, change how many puzzles go on the page, and the preview on the right shows the sheet as it will print. Make a new sheet swaps in new puzzles; Print sheet opens your browser’s print dialog.
Only the sheet prints: no menus, buttons or page text, just the title, the puzzles in black on white, their numbers and a footer that says where the answers are.
Choosing the layout
- 1 per page: large cells (about 18 mm), best for younger players, lower eyesight, or a puzzle to leave on the table.
- 2 per page: comfortable cells with room to write pencil marks.
- 4 per page: the usual choice for a worksheet or a week of puzzles.
- 6 per page: the most puzzles per sheet, cells about 7 mm, fine for pen solvers.
Printing tips
In the print dialog, keep the scale at 100% (or “Default”): the grids are already sized for the page. Turn off headers and footers if your browser adds the page address to the margins. For a stapled booklet, print several sheets at the same level and keep the answer pages at the back.
For a classroom, print one Easy sheet and one Medium sheet so faster solvers can move up. Want a single puzzle to solve on screen instead? Play above; the Print button next to it prints the puzzle you’re working on.
