This page opens with the design ready (corner eyes in blue, a star in the middle and a REVIEW US ON GOOGLE banner under the code) and the web address field empty, waiting for your review link. There is no example link to forget: nothing downloads until your own link is in, so you can’t print a code that leads nowhere.
Getting your review link
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your business and open your Business Profile.
- Select Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- Copy the link Google shows and paste it into the web address field above. The preview’s scan check reads the code back so you can see the exact address it holds.
Scan the downloaded code with your own phone before printing: it should open your business with the review box ready to fill in.
Designing the sign
Keep the code dark on a light background; the blue eyes are dark enough to scan, but pale colours or a busy picture behind the code make it harder to read. The star sits on a plate in the centre, where the code’s error correction covers it, and the frame text tells people why they should scan. Change the wording to your own (“Enjoyed your visit? Leave us a review”) in the Frame tab, up to 28 characters.
Download SVG or PDF for a printer or a design program, PNG for a receipt template or an email signature. For a plaque that stands on the counter, the 3D Google review sign turns the same link into a printable model.
Asking fairly
Google allows you to ask customers for reviews and forbids paying for them: no discounts, freebies or prize draws in exchange for a review, and the sign shouldn’t promise one. Ask everyone, not only the happy customers, and answer the reviews you get.
